PayPal is an extremely secure online payment method for small businesses. Merchants do not see/handle customer credit card information, only PayPal handles the customer credit info. & supplies a secure server & order form to handle payment & information transactions.

All orders are shipped via the US Postal Service First Class (3-7 days), Priority Mail (2-3 days), or Signature Confirmation to all Apartment Number addresses.
**Please let us know if you have any problems receiving mail & we'll ship signature confirmation as well. **

9% Sales Tax is charged to all Illinois Purchases.

All "Shipping Included" items are for continental US only. If you are ordering from outside the US (including Puerto Rico, Alaska, & Hawaii) please email us with your order.

For items that are pre-made, we ship as soon as payment clears.
For custom/made-to-order items, please allow 1-4 weeks from date of payment for delivery. We'll verify length of time in your order confirmation email.

+HOW DO I ORDER?
When you see an item you want, click the "Add To Cart" button located near the desired product. The item will then be added to your PayPal shopping cart page. You can return to the Sweet Thunder shopping page & add more products to your cart, or you can checkout by clicking the PayPal "checkout" button. If you choose to remove a product from your PayPal shopping cart page, click the remove box next to the desired item & then click update. Upon checkout, your page will convert to a PayPal payment page where you enter your PayPal password, or you can sign up for a new account. All Illinois orders will be charged a state sales tax on their purchase.

Once you've gone through the "checkout" process, you'll receive a PayPal notification via e-mail that your payment has been received and your order is being processed. You'll also receive an Order Confirmation email from us, along with a Shipment Notification email upon package shipment. Packages usually ship within 24 hours of purchase.

+ DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
I want you to be VERY happy with your purchases from Sweet Thunder. If you are not satisfied, you may return/exchange your purchased item within 20 days of purchase date. Returns after 20 days of purchase are eligible for store credit. Email us (info@sweetthunder.com) to notify that you are sending back the item for whatever reason & wish to (1) get your money back or (2) exchange it for another item or (3) get store credit. To exchange, please include your item, $5.00 for postage on all continental US returns, and what item #/color/size you'd like to exchange it for. Credit is given in the manner as payment was received, upon receipt of returned merchandise.

Returns must be well packed and insured. Sorry, Sweet Thunder is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in returned mail.

Items damaged due to our original shipping will be replaced.

Repairs will be made free of charge for 3 months after purchase date.

Custom orders are not available for return or exchange, but are covered for free repairs 4 months after purchase date.

+DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes. We LOVE custom orders. Here's how our process works: We'll brainstorm a bit through email. I usually go through a couple rounds of ideas with you & then email pictures of designs I've made, including prices for each. At that point you can feel free accept the deisgn/price & send payment through paypal, or ask for adjustments, or completely change the design idea, or cancel the custom order free of charge. By the time we're done you'll know exactly what you're paying for, no surprises, & you'll be very happy with it. I won't accept anything else.
Depending on the size of your special order, creation of your custom order can take anywhere from 1 day to 4 months. Your new jewelry will arrive in the above gift box - simple paper kraft boxes with shimmery ribbon.

Please note that pre-payment is required on all custom orders because I'll be pre-ordering materials for your custom order. Payment is due once you ok a design & the price. Payment can be made by credit card/bank account through PayPal.com (click on "send money" to <shop@sweetthunder.com> for the amount we've ok'd through email.)
